Hi, I’m Corey...and I know what it’s like to be burnt out and overwhelmed by stress and anxiety.
For years, I lived with constant racing thoughts, intense anxiety, and moments of panic. I knew meditation could help, but I believed, “I can’t sit still — I have ADHD!” or “I can’t stop my thoughts, so I can’t meditate!”
Turns out, I was wrong.
